Enrol in a new course
Prepare for your applications
The following documents and demonstrations will be required for your enrolment and visa applications. It’s advised that you have prepared or to have everything organized to procure them to make the application processes as smooth as possible.
Get to know your course before you enrol
Before you enrol, make sure you understand your course requirements and the options available to you. It’s helpful to think ahead, planning out your units each semester and being aware of your progress is an important part of making sure you’re successful in your course.
Each course has specific requirements you need to meet, but many also allow you to tailor your course to your interests and goals. If you’re a coursework student, you’ll need to decide which units of study you want to take.
Our Planning your course page can help you understand the structure of your course and how to choose your units of study. You should also read your handbook for your specific course requirements and options.
If you've completed previous studies or have relevant work experience, you may want to consider applying for recognition of prior learning.
Think about what you may want to study in future years and what you can do to keep your options open. For example, you may need to complete certain prerequisites for units of study the following year.
You may also want to consider alternative study opportunities such as Study Abroad and Exchange or studying during an intensive session.
